Premier Property Private Limited is a government-registered, limited liability company operating in the Maldives since 2014. We specialize in real estate development, management, consultancy, rentals, and technical services.

• Successfully developed an 11-storey building in Henveiru, Malé.
• Developing a 6½-storey building at Hulhumale’.
• Developing two 3-storey houses at Baa Atoll Fehendhoo.
• Developing an 11-storey building at Baa Atoll Fulhadhoo.

2. Property Management

• Managing Platinum Residences, Hulhumale’ since 2017.
• Managed Amin Avenue Oak, Teak and Maple, Hulhumale’ from 2017 to 2019.
• Currently in negotiation with a number of property developers.
• Also managing private buildings and apartments on part and full management basis.

3. Property / Real Estate Consultancy

Our full-time employees provide air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing services to apartment and unit owners.
