·      Managing Platinum Residences, Hulhumale’ since 2017.

·      Managed Amin Avenue Oak, Teak and Maple, Hulhumale’ from 2017 to 2019.

·      Currently in negotiation with a number of property developers.

·      Also managing private buildings and apartments on part and full management.

–        Since 2019, concluded over MVR 132.35 million in real estate sales in Hulhumale’ alone.

–        Since 2017, concluded MVR 66.34 million in rental transactions in the Maldives.

–     Since 2018, created and managed (including short and long-term leases) 11 car parking lots at Platinum Residences A1, A2, Hulhumale.

5. AC, Electrical & Plumbing Service

Our full-time employees provide air-conditioning, electrical and plumbing services to apartment/unit owners.

6. Our Team

We employee full time resident managers, accountants, administrative staff, electricians, plumbers, security service provides and cleaners.
